We are a school of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and other internal arts based in Somerset, UK. Classes are taught by Laoshr Paul Mitchell who is a senior instructor in the Lotus Nei Gong school of internal arts.
We have been established in the area for several years and have a dedicated and friendly student base. Please feel free to look around our site.
